Phillip provides clients with strategic advice on all types of intellectual property matters, specialising in the drafting and prosecution of patents in the field of physics, including optics, electromechanics, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics and nuclear physics, as well as offering validity and infringement opinion work. He also has experience in other areas including robotics, artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, computing, bioinformatics, telecommunications, electronic gaming, carbon dioxide removal, medical technology and automotive technology. Phillip became a founding partner of Adams Pluck in 2006 after working for another patent firm in Sydney as a patent and trademark attorney for over 11 years.
