About Us - Adams Pluck Patent & Trademark Attorneys

Our Guiding Principle

“Our guiding principle is to tailor our services to your business needs.  The first step is always the same: we listen carefully to you to gain an insight into the aspirations you have for your business and the commercial landscape in which it operates.

This insight allows us to guide you safely through the sometimes complicated legal processes associated with seeking intellectual property protection matched to your strategic business requirements.

As we build an on-going business relationship with you, we strive to communicate in everyday terms rather than hiding behind unnecessary legal jargon.  We want you to understand the reasoning behind our recommendations to give you confidence in the strategies adopted.  We pride ourselves on accessibility, responsiveness and clear communication.

We appreciate that our clients want access to high quality intellectual property services without incurring crippling costs.  Our cost structure is highly competitive and where possible we provide cost estimates to assist your budgeting processes."
